How can i get my order Exchanged/Returned ?

You can write us an email on [email protected] with your order number and the reason for Exchanged/Returned. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours to help you process your return.

Terms for Exchange / Returns :

  • Orders can be exchanged/returned within 7 days from the date of receipt and will be eligible for credit note only.as we sell all imported UAE products Any requests received after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products bought during sale can only be exchanged or refunded in the form of a gift card. The gift card issued would be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • If there are visible signs of wear, washing or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer and the refund/ exchange will not be processed.

Return Policy Clause: Requirement for Package Opening Video

In the event that a customer claims a damaged abaya upon receipt, [Brand Name] reserves the right to request a Package Opening Video as proof of the alleged damage. This video should clearly demonstrate the unboxing process, focusing on the condition of the abaya at the time of unpacking. Failure to provide this video may result in delays or denial of the return request. By agreeing to our return policy, customers acknowledge and accept this condition.

Return Pickup :

  • Reverse pickups are generated at an additional cost of Rs. 150.
  • For international order returns, the customer must pay the shipping charges (inclusive of customs duty or any other charges that may apply) for the product to be shipped back to our Indian Warehouse. The refund will be processed once we’ve received the product back.

Refund Process :

  • Refund will be initiated after 24-48 hours after we receive the product in our warehouse.
